T1 LOADER is a new concept in on-board weighing and productivity management for earthmoving, mining, and logistics machinery such as wheel loaders, front loaders, forklift trucks, telehandlers, ADTs, LHDs, and more, all in one device.

The innovative T1MMT Bluetooth transmission module allows direct and continuous monitoring of the loaded material and job details such as customer, material, vehicle ID, operator, and more, through an Android app for smartphone or tablet.

All weighing data and production databases can be transmitted via serial or CAN-bus line to the on-board computer or directly to the cloud on external devices, maintaining control and management of your machinery’s productivity and safety.

Wheel Loader

The digital sensors installed on the hydraulic circuit record the pressure variation caused by the weight loaded in the bucket and send the data to the T1MMT transmission module located in the wheel loader’s frame. The weight is read by proximity switches or inclinometers, allowing visualization of total and partial weights, bucket number, and target weight. The dynamic weighing function makes it possible to weigh the load during lifting without having to stop operations.

All information is displayed in real time on the T1 LOADER Android App connected via Bluetooth in the cab, allowing production management as well as database tracking for customers, materials, vehicle IDs, and operators.
